Job Summary
Organize and maintain patient records while performing clinical nursing support tasks such as prepping patients for exams, conducting basic lab tests, and obtaining medical histories. Assist physicians and healthcare team members with treatment completion and protocol research under general supervision. Perform simple, non-invasive patient procedures and respond to unique needs of patients ranging from newborns to geriatric individuals. May handle various clerical and lab duties as requested. Full-time AM shifts available at TKC Infusion Clinic.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Currently certified as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
