Job Summary
CMA Certified Medical Assistant or MA Medical Assistant in a neurosurgery clinic. Full-time, day shift in Hinsdale, IL, with potential travel to affiliated clinics. Responsible for patient intake, preparing patients and equipment, documenting results, administering medications, assisting with minor procedures, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to policies, confidentiality, and OSHA standards. Supports patient education, care coordination, and seamless clinic operations; requires strong knowledge of medical terminology, chronic disease management, and use of internal/external resources. 1+ year related experience preferred; BLS and CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA or equivalent certification required.
