Job Summary
Oversee and assist PCAs to ensure high-quality resident care at Fellowship Home. Lead and maintain a motivated, well-trained staff, ensuring Daily Routine for each PCA is completed daily. Manage the medication room, med carts, and personal care stations, ensuring medications and supplies are stocked and coordinated with pharmacy, physicians, and residents. Become proficient with the internal systems (Resident Manager, EMAR) and maintain records of incidents and resident well-being. Administer medications during shifts and PRN medications as indicated. Interpret and apply Department of Community Health Rules and Regulations for Assisted Living Communities to maintain operational effectiveness. Keep the LPN Floor Nurse/DRC informed about community conditions and operations. Requires CMA license and 2+ years in healthcare preferred, with strong leadership, compassion, and a service-oriented attitude toward senior adults. Physical and language requirements include ability to read instructions, communicate effectively in English, and perform required physical tasks associated with caregiving and supervision.
