Job Summary
Lead teams within the neuropsychiatry, non-congenital brain injury, and acute care cluster by being visibly present on the floor to restore calm, clarity, and trust. Collaborate closely with physicians, psychologists, and other treaters to ensure safe and high-quality care while managing team recovery from recent changes. Drive operational excellence by steering quality, staffing, absenteeism, rosters, and budget, fostering a sociotherapeutic living climate that emphasizes structure, safety, and professional collaboration. Work with staff who support residents facing complex behavioral, cognitive, and psychiatric challenges in a warm, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding in zorg, management, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Meerdere jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen de zorg.
- Ervaring met teams die verandering, herstel of een moeilijke periode hebben doorgemaakt.
- Kennis van kwaliteit, veiligheid en relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de langdurige zorg.
- Affiniteit met neuropsychiatrie, niet aangeboren hersenletsel, crisiszorg of andere vormen van complexe zorg.
- Het aanleveren van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG).
- Het opvragen van een referentie.
