Job Summary
Lead multiple locations (BSO, KDV, POV) with approximately 30-40 staff, ensuring smooth execution of primary and supporting work processes while maintaining organizational strategy. Act as the primary motivator and connector for internal and external teams, driving talent development programs and managing HR policies including recruitment, retention, and absence guidance. Coordinate administrative tasks, oversee personnel planning decisions, and handle parent inquiries and complaints with support from location coordinators and pedagogical coaches. Collaborate with the Manager Kinderopvang on annual plans and budgets, while reporting tactically to the board and HR regarding operational performance. Engage actively with school directors and parent committees to ensure a welcoming environment for children, and lead organizational change initiatives focused on culture, leadership, and client experience. Work 28-32 hours weekly in Gorinchem within a family-oriented childcare organization.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau (Een HBO Bachelor diploma springt er voor ons bovenuit)
- Opgedaan door tenminste 3 jaar werkervaring als manager aan een grote groep medewerkers (minimaal 20 personen)
- Een visie op leiderschap en een sterke coachende en faciliterende leidinggevende vaardigheid
- Kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van organisatorische processen, administratieve processen, groepsdynamische processen en wetgeving
- Vaardigheden in het vertalen van beleid naar operatie
- Vaardig om teams succesvol mee te krijgen in organisatie-, cultuur- en gedragsveranderingen
- Communicatief vaardig; je kunt je respectvol, prettig, makkelijk en duidelijk uitdrukken
- Je bent empathisch én durft te sturen op proces, gedrag en resultaat
- Enthousiasme, energie, vooruitziende blik, verbinding, stabiel, samenwerkingsgericht, pragmatisch, tactisch, 'getting things done' mentaliteit
- Je reflecteert graag op jezelf en vindt persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling belangrijk
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis op het gebied van kinderopvang en pedagogiek is een pre. Als je deze kennis niet bezit dan ben je bereid deze zo snel mogelijk te ontwikkelen.
