Job Summary
Cluster Team Leader in Ghana responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives and quality officers across multiple locations. Drive end-to-end customer lifecycle including acquisition, collection, recovery, and usage; align with cluster acquisition targets and implement acquisition strategies; organize field sales activities to meet targets and revenue goals; ensure timely, high-quality installations; oversee stock management, audits, and loss recovery; train and mentor sales and quality staff in policies, processes, and relationship-building; conduct weekly performance reviews; recruit and onboard new sales staff; maintain health, safety, and environmental standards; foster team culture and resilience through effective communication and planning.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales leadership
- Experience in managing clusters/teams in field sales
- Data-driven decision making and reporting
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding of sales executives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
