Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of multiple spas by managing staffing, training, scheduling, and implementing standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while developing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and monitor financial performance. Handle guest complaints, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain vendor relationships to uphold service standards. Attend industry events to stay current on trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of multi-location management experience, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, including managing multiple locations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the spa industry
- Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for the spa industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
