Cluster Security Manager

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day security operations across multiple Auckland properties, including hotels, residential, and retail environments. Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems while conducting investigations into incidents and preparing detailed reports. Liaise with Police, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, Immigration, and other external agencies as required. Oversee third-party security providers and contractors, delivering training and awareness programmes for team members. Maintain tenant and owner security records, issue breach notices, and attend Body Corporate meetings as the security subject matter expert. Identify and implement security improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and risk management standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a security management role within hospitality, accommodation, building management or a related environment
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, investigations, risk management and compliance
- Experience coordinating external security providers, contractors and specialist services
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and health and safety legislation
- Calm, professional and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication that can influence and build trust
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of strata-titled or mixed-use residential properties will be highly regarded
