Cluster Security Manager

Cluster Security Manager responsible for overseeing security operations across Fairmont The Norfolk and Fairmont Mara Safari Club, ensuring safety, loss control, and compliance with brand security standards. Develop and implement site-specific security strategies, coordinate training and security initiatives between the two properties, conduct audits and site inspections, and lead emergency response planning. Requires collaboration with regional and corporate security teams, strong leadership, communication, and risk-management capabilities; Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in criminal justice/security management; CPP/PSP a plus; willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies; physical readiness for occasional lifting.
