Job Summary
Lead and manage the Gold Loan sales effort for the assigned area by guiding the sales team to achieve the defined Sales Target. Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell other bank products, support branches in planning and conducting customer meets, and collaborate with teams to optimize results. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in the assigned markets alongside Business Development Executives (BDEs). Conduct market research including area mapping to identify sales opportunities and report findings to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
