Job Summary
Cluster Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue across a hotel cluster by selling MICE and group business to corporate clients, agencies and associations. You will manage an existing and new accounts portfolio across corporate, agency, sports and entertainment segments; develop and implement strategic sales plans; proactively identify and convert new opportunities; build strong client relationships; prepare proposals, contracts and pricing; conduct sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to maximise conversion; maintain pre/post-event communication for repeat business; support the MICE & Groups Sales Team during peak periods; organize and participate in marketing initiatives, Fam trips, site inspections, loyalty events, trade shows and client networking events; represent the cluster at industry events; monitor market trends; maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts; achieve or exceed revenue targets and client satisfaction goals; require 2+ years in MICE/corporate hotel sales, strong communication/presentation skills, organizational abilities, and English fluency. Advised systems include Opera Cloud, Delphi FDC/Back You, and Lanyon/Cvent; UK work eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to MICE or Corporates in the hotel industry – MICE Preferential
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Experience with hospitality sales systems (Opera Cloud, Delphi FDC/Back You, Lanyon, Cvent) is desirable
