Manage pricing, rate types, and restrictions to maximise profitability; develop budgeting and forecasting models and monitor performance against topline targets and distribution costs. Analyse data across revenue streams (hotels, F&B), prepare actionable reports, and deliver recommendations. Identify and pursue opportunities to maximise revenue across segments with a focus on direct business growth. Ensure accuracy of commercial analysis supporting revenue decisions. Collaborate with internal teams (Hotels, Sales, Groups) and external partners (OTAs, local business partners) to drive proactive revenue strategies. Optimise market segmentation and implement targeted strategies based on market trends and performance data; prepare commercial insights for management discussions.
