Job Summary
Manage reservations operations across four diverse Accor brands in Auckland CBD, including Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour, SO/Auckland, TRIBE Auckland Fort Street, and JO&JOE Auckland. Maintain PMS/GDS systems, monitor room allotments, and place bookings to maximize back-to-back occupancy. Supervise and train Reservations Team Members while ensuring manifests and booking confirmations align with the property system. Coordinate group bookings, establish financial performance targets with General Managers, and develop working plans to meet revenue, expenditure, and market share goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two years' experience within a multi-property reservations manager or leadership role
- Sound working knowledge of Opera and/or Opera Cloud property management systems
- Previous experience working within 4* or above properties
- Understanding of working within a Global company/brands
- Ability to present in senior leadership meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Additional exposure to Mews
- Qualifications in Hospitality/ Tourism Management or Sales/Commercial
- Demonstrated leadership experience, in a sales environment
