Job Summary
Cluster Reservations Agent for Four Seasons Hotel Milano and San Domenico Palace Taormina. Responsible for handling all reservations, using Opera and other systems, processing wake-up, ORS, and pre-arrival reports, and managing guest inquiries and communications. Collaborates with Guest Recognition Specialist, Front of House, and Sales & Events to ensure accurate room allocations, group rooming lists, and seamless guest experiences. Maintains high standards of hospitality with professional language, tone, and courtesy; adapts to multiple tasks across departments; adheres to Four Seasons service standards and procedures; supports overnight and weekend shifts when needed. Requires knowledge of hotel operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to guests across both properties, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering accurate reservations and information.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations
- Knowledge of Opera or a Property Management System
- Strong telephone etiquette and guest communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel services and operations across Milan and Taormina
- Legal right to work in Italy
- Fluency in English, German and Italian
