Job Summary
Lead and manage a cluster of spa outlets across Mumbai, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to brand standards, and seamless business relationships with mall management and hotel partners. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including sales, service quality, and customer feedback to drive revenue growth and profitability. Supervise, coach, and support spa managers and therapists while ensuring compliance with SOPs, hygiene protocols, and brand guidelines. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, oversee inventory management and cost control, and handle customer escalations to implement service recovery processes. Provide regular reports to the Regional Head on performance and initiatives. Requires 6–10 years of experience in operations management within the wellness or hospitality industry, with fluency in English and Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in wellness, spa, retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
- Proven experience managing multiple locations or units
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, basic reporting tools, and CRM/scheduling systems
- Willingness to travel within the city and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
