Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the T2 retail store portfolio, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, deliveries, and stock control. Deliver budgeted sales and EBIT while leading store managers to ensure brand representation and a seamless customer journey. Drive exceptional customer service, manage wage targets and controllable costs, and embed T2 values to build an engaged team of brand ambassadors. Identify development needs to motivate future succession. Execute retail strategy and maintain compliance with company policies.
