Job Summary
Drive performance across your cluster and individual gyms by utilizing data insights to execute clear plans for financial and operational results. Establish ways of working to roll centrally driven activities across your team while coaching all levels on the gym floor. Develop talent through building a pipeline to support business growth and manage Gym Managers within your area. Put member experience at the heart of your operations by ensuring Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches are at optimal levels to drive the group exercise agenda safely. Support recruitment efforts to bring in new talent and maintain a safe, legal environment in all clubs. This role reports to the Regional Manager within the PureGym Group, a global business with over 700 gyms and 2 million members focused on helping people feel good.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record in delivering financial and operational performance in a single/multiple gyms
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience developing high performing teams
- Exceptional time management skills
