Cluster Manager - NPA & Write off Recovery - Housing - Collections - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM

Cluster Manager responsible for maximizing recovery from NPA and written-off housing/collections portfolios through closures, settlements and collateral disposal. Lead timely initiation and execution of legal tools including Sarfaesi, Section 138/25 warrants, FIRs, and attachment of collateral and bank accounts; coordinate disposal with the Disposal team; manage trail/feedback in M Collect and delinquency files; drive digital receipts and timely deposits into accounts; oversee liquidation of possessed properties, build investor networks, and coordinate with local brokers for property visits and auction terms. Collaborate with legal managers to attend courts for orders, ensure possession coordination, and leverage data analytics to formulate strategy for portfolio treatment; manage vendors/in-house teams and coordinate with Central Debt for vendor bill clearance. Strong emphasis on housing loan recovery, legal coordination, and end-to-end lifecycle of disputed/ written-off accounts.
