Job Summary
Senior Cluster Manager responsible for end-to-end leadership and governance of a key client account across multiple distribution centres, translating strategic objectives into consistent operational delivery, ensuring performance control, risk management, and strong client confidence. Acts as the primary interface between Site Managers, the Cluster Director and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights, driving alignment across sites, and ensuring execution of the operating model. Account ownership includes operational performance, governance, and delivering stability across the cluster, with a focus on safety, service, productivity, cost, quality, and inventory. Requires leading and developing Site Managers, driving cross-site collaboration, and guiding transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within a multi-site logistics environment. Promotes health and safety culture, ensures regulatory and internal compliance, and uses data to manage risks, performance, and opportunities for clients and stakeholders. Additional emphasis on capability-building, succession planning, and being a trusted partner to sites, leadership, and clients.
