Job Summary
Cluster Head LM in Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience team owns onboarding and training of partners for Last Mile operations, tracks partner performance, visits facilities for audits, ensures compliance with processes, and drives end-to-end operational metrics. Responsibilities include onboarding and training of new partners, ongoing onboarding of network partners, monitoring performance across the cluster, conducting audits at facilities, addressing operational gaps, and recommending process improvements to meet targets across Last Mile and sorting operations in the assigned region.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain
- Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Last Mile and sorting operations
- Experience in control tower and field operations will be a plus
