Job Summary
Plan and implement distribution strategies within the assigned region by strengthening ties with key MNC banks and wealth management firms. Drive market share through new distributor empanelment and joint calls with Relationship Managers in competitive markets. Liaise with the Investment team for ideas and concalls while channelizing market intelligence back to the product team. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain 100% compliance with regulatory frameworks and KYC norms. Manage distributor relationships with high-profile partners and influence stakeholders through excellent communication and networking skills. This role offers strategic impact on a top-tier investment brand's distribution in high-growth regions, requiring 8+ years of PMS experience and a commitment to continuous knowledge upgradation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years
- MBA
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience specifically within a PMS organization
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of AIF, PMS, and equity markets
- Proven track record of managing key distributor relationships with MNC banks and wealth management firms
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor
- Excellent communication, marketing, and networking skills to influence stakeholders effectively
- Willingness to travel (ROM)
