Job Summary
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a high-volume consumer appliance cluster, driving production targets, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments. Optimize supply chain coordination, inventory levels, and cost structures through continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Oversee equipment maintenance, engineering functions, and EHS compliance to maximize uptime and minimize defects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 15–25 years of experience in consumer appliance, electronics, electrical equipment, white goods, or related manufacturing industries
- Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations or plant/cluster-level responsibilities
- Strong understanding of production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and cost management
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Exposure to high-volume assembly and manufacturing environments
