Job Summary
Support repair and maintenance tasks, conduct independent facility inspections, and handle smaller repairs and breakdowns across two hotel locations in Munich. Organize and document maintenance schedules while coordinating with external service providers and contributing to renovation projects. Provide vacation coverage for on-site technicians and assist with seasonal duties such as winter services and garden care. Work flexibly across three hotel sites, collaborating closely with the local technical team to ensure guest comfort.
