Cluster Group and Reservation Specialist for Four Seasons Kyoto & Osaka, responsible for end-to-end group reservations operations: processing group in the system (group rate code, cutoff dates, room blocks, rate information, and hard blocks), communicating group activity (pickup, cutoff, attrition, contractual guidelines) to Group Contacts and Conference Service Managers and Sales Managers, running daily reports (Booking Recaps, Group Cut-off, Group No Shows), providing group rooming lists and confirmation numbers to accounting, assisting with yield decisions by reporting to Revenue Management, ensuring rate information, deposits, and cancellation policies are set for guest and group quotations, handling VIP and Special Attention details, managing inquiries and guest satisfaction, coding reservations in the PMS, and performing related tasks and projects as delegated. Proficiency with the Property Management System (PMS) and knowledge of hotel facilities, operations, and guest services are required, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards in a luxury hospitality environment.
