Cluster Engineer

Prepare technology compendiums with cost-benefit analysis and create markets for energy efficiency and renewable technologies within specific industrial clusters. Seek expressions of interest from units, coordinate with SMEs for project implementation, and facilitate support by involving local service providers. Develop case studies on successful projects and submit quarterly progress reports. Conduct capacity building activities, including training shop floor personnel and plant supervisors during field visits. Organize awareness programs and workshops, while maintaining liaison with local associations, the department of industries, and financial institutions. Perform meetings, visits, and other cluster-level assignments. Work from designated CII office locations in Pune, Chennai, Ludhiana, Delhi, or Bangalore.
