Job Summary
Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across LUURA properties, including lighting, power circuits, and equipment. Inspect and test systems to identify issues, responding promptly to faults and emergencies while minimizing downtime. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth hotel functionality and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and safety checks. Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and local electrical codes during pre-opening projects and ongoing operations. Monitor equipment performance to advise management on energy efficiency improvements and recommend necessary replacements or upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels or commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
- Physically capable of performing electrical work safely, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces
- Eligible to work in an EU country
