Job Summary
Oversee night audit functions, validate financial reports, and prepare statistical performance analyses to maximize revenue through occupancy and ADR strategies. Direct day-to-day staffing, establish performance goals, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with brand standards and governmental regulations. Conduct routine room and public area inspections, audit financial transactions, and manage direct reports through budget planning and disciplinary actions. Coordinate with departments on VIP arrivals, analyze guest satisfaction data, and lead crisis management efforts. Complete relevant tasks assigned by the Cluster Hotels Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of guest service or hotel experience, including at least two years in a mid-management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Opera (PMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English
- You'll have a university degree
- Flexibility - night, weekend, and holiday shifts are all part of the job
