Job Summary
Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions across the cluster in Riyadh, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategies aligned with organizational objectives while monitoring performance metrics to identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities. Lead a high-performing finance team, prepare detailed reports for senior management, and implement optimized financial systems to support business decision-making. Manage risk assessment strategies and ensure adherence to local regulations and international standards. Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management with at least 5 years in senior leadership required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site or cluster financial operations
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and financial management software
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
