Job Summary
Cluster Director of Food & Beverage – Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Lead culinary operations across multiple luxury properties in the Red Sea cluster. Develop and implement strategic F&B plans; oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization; manage a large F&B team; ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards. Collaborate with the executive chef on innovative menus reflecting local flavors and international trends. Maintain strict food safety and quality control, manage inventory and supply chain for cost-effectiveness, and build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Monitor KPIs, drive staff training, optimize POS systems, champion sustainability, and develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Requires Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, at least 10 years of luxury F&B management, multi-outlet operations experience, strong financial acumen, leadership, and regional/Middle East experience; pre-opening experience and English fluency are required (Arabic is a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality F&B management
- Extensive experience in managing multi-outlet operations within high-end hotels or resorts
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop large teams
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications
- Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine and culture, as well as international F&B trends
- Experience working in the Middle East is required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Experience in pre-opening is a must
- Regional experience is a must
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards
