Job Summary
Lead commercial operations across the Red Sea cluster from Hurghada, driving revenue growth and profitability. Responsible for P&L management, budgeting and forecasting, pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies, mentor and manage high-performing teams, monitor market trends, and ensure alignment of commercial objectives with corporate standards. Drive operational excellence across all commercial functions and coach staff for career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of commercial or sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a cluster or multi-unit management capacity
- Proven expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
- Strong people management and team leadership capabilities with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within hospitality, tourism, or leisure sectors (desirable)
- Knowledge of revenue management practices and commercial software platforms
- Track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term vision
- Data-driven decision making and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence
