Cluster Collection Manager - Delhi NCR

Job Summary
Lead a team of Collection Executives and collaborate with third-party recovery agencies to meet targets within the Delhi NCR cluster. Drive delinquency management by taking ownership of overdue payments, develop and execute collection strategies, monitor KPIs and portfolio health, ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and provide daily monitoring and reporting on cluster performance. Requires a graduate with at least 5 years of experience in collections and 1-2 years in a supervisory role; prior experience in banking, NBFC, or fintech is highly preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for driving results.
