Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within the Emporium and David Jones Melbourne Boutiques to achieve business objectives and optimize efficiency. Collaborate with boutique management teams to develop processes for stock management, process all incoming and outbound stock movements through Apparel21, and ensure accurate inventory levels by investigating discrepancies. Lead the preparation of inventory for seasonal changeovers and product launches, while completing all online Ship from Store orders allocated to the boutique. Support retail teams in executing Visual Merchandising standards, raise maintenance issues, and implement Back of House processes aligned with the delivery calendar. This Full-Time role requires Monday to Friday availability and proficiency in inventory management software.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an operational, stock management or sales position within the retail industry
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems, inventory management software and other retail-related technologies
- Availability across Monday to Friday
