Job Summary
Cluster Accounts Receivable Clerk role based at QT Wellington overseeing EVT’s NZ hotel portfolio. Responsibilities include managing hotel credit accounts, processing and allocating payments, raising invoices, monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts, reconciling credit card transactions, and ensuring AR processes, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately. Experience in hospitality finance or Opera PMS is highly regarded but not essential. Requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, knowledge of credit control, invoicing, and reconciliations, and effective communication to follow up on outstanding accounts. Required Qualifications
- Previous Accounts Receivable or finance administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
