Job Summary
Clubs Concessions Attendant role at Rogers Centre involves delivering premium food and beverage service in a high-volume event environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing and serving menu items, processing cashless transactions via POS, setting up and restocking concession locations, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, monitoring product quality and temperature for safety, supporting alcohol service in line with Smart Serve and company policies, and collaborating with Premium team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires Smart Serve certification (Ontario), ability to operate cashless POS, strong guest-service and teamwork skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is an hourly wage of $19.80.
Required Qualifications
- Smart Serve certification required (minimum age 18 to serve alcohol in Ontario)
- Previous experience in concessions, quick service, or customer service is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures preferred
- Familiarity with electronic POS systems and cashless payment operations considered an advantage
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
