Job Summary
The Clubhouse Supervisor will maintain daily operations of amenity and recreational facilities, supervise clubhouse staff, and ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the facilities. Responsibilities include welcoming residents and guests, conducting tours, coordinating daily operations and events, monitoring cleanliness, scheduling staff andVendor oversight, managing records and correspondence, maintaining a polished facility appearance, scheduling events and rentals, selling tickets, and overseeing special events. Key competencies include customer focus, ethical conduct, attention to detail, organization, and leadership; the role involves a largely sedentary office environment with minimal travel. The position requires 3-5 years of clubhouse supervision experience, computer literacy, and experience with community management; full-time benefits are provided.
