Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the community's exterior and interior common areas, including hosing walkways, pool deck areas, and sweeping pickleball and tennis courts. Assist the Management team with small projects to support the clubhouse facility and collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to set up rooms and support weekly events. Perform a wide array of duties and other miscellaneous tasks as directed. Work part-time, 30 hours or less a week, Saturday through Wednesday evenings and/or holidays. Requires high school diploma, furniture set up experience, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience with furniture set up and break down for member activities
- Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HOA community rules and protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be available for Saturday – Wednesday evenings and/or holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen test
