Job Summary
Clubhouse Maintenance Staff responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance across facilities; manages maintenance contracts; operates mechanical and power equipment; monitors restrooms/offices; completes required reports; responds to after-hours emergencies; performs routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry); maintains supplies; protects assets; flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and golf privileges.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in HVAC, commercial plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry
- Golf maintenance is a BONUS
- Mechanically Inclined
- Strong Work Ethic
- Willing to work weekends and occasional long hours
- Able to work afternoons into the evening
