Job Summary
Conduct daily Clubhouse operations including reception, data entry, meal preparation, and maintaining a welcoming space while supporting members to build skills, confidence, and independence. Assist with planning events, health activities, and educational programs, and help connect members with community resources for housing, healthcare, and employment. Provide transportation for appointments and social outings, and participate in monthly evening or weekend activities. Uphold international standards and contribute to a culture of hope and recovery within a small, dedicated team focused on strengths and shared success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Washington State Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access)
- Ability to register as a WA State Counselor (if not already)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with adults living with mental illness
- Training in trauma-informed care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
