Assist and maintain smooth and effective daily operations of the Amenity and Recreational Facilities. Greet residents, assist with tours and Welcome Home paperwork, participate in events, perform administrative tasks (updating resident information, key cards, mail handling, intranet support), manage reservations and ticket sales for clubhouse events, enforce rules, conduct routine inspections, maintain cleanliness and appearance, and support management and team as needed.
