Job Summary
Meet and greet homeowners, assist with tours and paperwork, and enforce facility rules while maintaining spotless amenity appearances. Conduct routine building inspections, manage opening/closing procedures, and secure the clubhouse. Handle administrative tasks including updating resident information, inventory control, mail distribution, and telephone management. Take event reservations, collect monies, and sell tickets for special activities. Perform clean-up duties, empty trash receptacles, and update bulletin boards. Maintain effective customer relations and support management as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to enforce rules, regulations and policies with tact, firmness, and impartiality and to resolve problems or concerns
- Ability to deal with people effectively, courteously, and enthusiastically
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to establish and maintain good customer relations
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and congenial working relationships with other employees
- Requires some knowledge of the equipment typically used in recreational work and clean up duties
- Ability to understand and follow simple, oral, and written instructions, and to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to learn new tasks
- Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to comply with flexible work schedules
- Must be able to perform repetitive body mechanics, including but not limited to, climbing a ladder, standing, stretching, twisting, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Must be able to adjust to differing weather conditions
