Clubhouse Assistant Site Director 26-27

Clubhouse Assistant Site Director to assist with the daily operations of an assigned Clubhouse location, supervise participants, assist with staff leadership, plan and implement activities, prepare weekly lesson plans, and foster positive relationships with families, school personnel, and Park District staff. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-organized program; key duties include supervising participants, leading staff, planning activities, and communicating effectively. Shifts offered in the morning and/or afternoon with a starting wage of $17.50+ per hour based on qualifications and experience; August 2026 through June 2027 with potential for additional summer opportunities. Starting dates include mandatory paid training August 4–7, 2026; benefits include fitness center membership for eligible employees and IMRF pension participation.
