Job Summary
Mount Holyoke College is looking for part-time Club Sports Coaches to lead student athletes in a collaborative sports environment. Candidates will design and execute engaging practices, mentor student leaders, and ensure a safe and inclusive team culture. Successful applicants must have experience in their sport, strong communication skills, and a commitment to diversity. The position requires approximately 6-8 hours of work per week during the academic year, primarily on weekday evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience playing and/or coaching your sport
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Familiarity with rules, trends, and compliance requirements of the sport
- Valid driver’s license
