Job Summary
The Assistant Director for Club Sports Teams & Player Engagement will work closely with club sports teams on recruitment, retention, and program development. Responsibilities include improving club sports retention programs, overseeing all social media accounts and website updates, assisting in the management of club sports teams, and ensuring student eligibility. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Recreation or Collegiate athletics
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with website design
- Excellent communication skills, both through public speaking and social media
- Understanding of all sports offered
- Extensive knowledge of club sports
