Job Summary
WEB Coordinator leads and supports middle school students by developing a student leadership program (8th Grade WEB leaders), strengthening school culture, and ensuring a successful transition for sixth-grade students. Works with the Tier 1 PBIS team, staff, and student leaders to create meaningful leadership opportunities and events throughout the school year to foster a positive school culture. Stipend provided for the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current district employee
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor students in a positive and supportive manner
- A focus on equity and ensuring all student voices are represented is essential.
