Job Summary
Prepare and stage carts for daily play, ensuring they are fully stocked and maintained. Greet members and guests by loading clubs, provide valet services, and clean clubs after each round. Assist with driving range maintenance, handle luggage, and support other club areas as needed. Maintain personal appearance standards and adhere to all Dormie Network policies. Operate club-owned vehicles or park vehicles in designated areas if applicable. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, work outside in various weather conditions, and drive a motor vehicle if licensed. Hourly rate between $13-$14.
Required Qualifications
- Is able to operate golf carts in a safe manner.
- Can communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Hold the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Can work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Can maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Is well mannered, displays a smile at all times, greets guests, members, and fellow employees when encountered, shows appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrates a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to drive motor vehicle, if licensed.
- Must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Has a knowledge of golf.
- Has previous experience in customer service position.
