Job Summary
Execute Club Services including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements/adjustments, and front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons). Assess and diagnose golf-club issues, provide clear communication about repair options, costs, and timelines, and document service orders to support inventory management. Maintain a premier merchandise presentation and ensure all Club Services areas remain operational and well-kept while delivering world-class customer service. Stay informed about promotions and events to drive sales and educate customers about product offerings. Adhere to safety and ethical conduct across all departments and support ongoing merchandising and operational improvements. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, basic computer skills, organizational abilities, and the physical demands of retail work in a golf-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar experience preferred
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move in store, lift up to 30 lb
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
