Job Summary
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness prior to use. Clean and set up tables, stack trays properly for efficient unloading, and perform general food service duties including closing tasks like storing reusable goods and completing daily checklists. Describe food items thoroughly to guests upon delivery and maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere with professional presentation. Work harmoniously with co-workers to assist in table setup, clean-up, and restocking. Requires a high school diploma, 0-2 years of food and beverage experience, and ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of food and beverage experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts as will involve days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize
- Must be able to go up and down staircase as well as stoop and bend
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Non-Slip Shoes
