Job Summary
Provide directions, assistance, and information to ensure customer satisfaction while resolving disputes in accordance with authority or by contacting senior staff. Participate in special property promotions, create excitement for players, and actively encourage carded play by engaging guests on the casino floor. Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor, including smiling and standing to greet, while demonstrating familiarity with promotions, events, and hours of operation for the casino, wagering, and restaurants. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies, and control protocols. Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting senior.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Gaming License
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school or formal apprenticeship
