Job Summary
On-site Club Receptionist handles day-to-day customer service and administration; greets members and the public, answers phone and email inquiries, processes payments, assists with stock/kit checks, and supports onboarding policies in line with BG Guidelines. Works with the Leeds team at the Leeds site, attends events, and delivers a first-class customer service experience while adhering to safeguarding standards. Requires a confident, welcoming demeanor, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a busy team with training provided for systems and programmes.
