Job Summary
Greet, check in, and farewell members at the welcome desk while assisting with fun, energetic tours and member enrollment. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and maintain a judgment-free environment where members feel like family. Find new and current members to join the fitness trainer in fitness classes. Deliver +1% customer service to create raving fans and encourage members to succeed on their fitness journey. Your schedule will vary, potentially including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- On-time dependability
- Passion for helping others
- Your schedule will vary. Shift could involve any of our hours of operation, including weekends and holidays
